Rebecca graduated with Honours from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester in 2010. She was then invited to continue her studies in France with renowned trumpet soloist Thierry Caens.
A former member of the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain, Rebecca won the Rotary Club of Holmfirth Millennium Prize in 2007 and in 2009 she was awarded the prize and title of Kirklees Young Musician of the Year.

Engagements have included performances of the Haydn and Hummel Trumpet Concertos, Handel’s Messiah and Vivaldi’s Gloria; guest appearances with the Huddersfield Choral Society; trumpet and organ recitals with Joseph Cullen and Dr Gordon Stewart and the opening ceremony of Pembroke House Music Academy in London. In 2012 Rebecca performed the UK Premiere of Rhapsody for Trumpet and Orchestra by Ajdic.

Rebecca has also performed in Vittel, Nancy, Dijon, St Vallier and Lyon in France, on radio in Switzerland and recorded the theme music for French television series Les Insatiables.
